HVS JPEG 2.016 Windows Demo 95/NT

Installation:
1. Copy the files HVSJPEGU.8BF, HVSJPEGU.8BE and HVSJPEG.HLP to the directory where your paint 
program looks for Filter plug-ins. The location of this directory is usually set from a Preferences menu. 
Photoshop users would typically use PHOTOSHP\PLUGINS. 

2. After you start your paint program and load an RGB image, you should see HVS JPEG available from 
the Filters/HVS Filters menu. If your paint program supports Photoshop Export plugins you should see 
HVS JPEG available from your File/Export menu.

This demo is fully functional for 30 days.

Please note that you must flatten layered images before exporting with HVS JPEG. Also, if you save with 
Progressive checked, not all image editors will be able to read the file correctly. You will get read errors if 
the editor doesn't support Progressive JPEG.
